(ORAL) The only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider her e-mail/representation dated 07.09.2022 (Annexure P-9), wherein she has taken up the issue of mathematical error and calculating her marks incorrectly ignoring OMR sheet a copy of which has been filed as Annexure P-8.

Learned counsel, entering appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 - National Medical Commission, submits that the petitioner's e-mail/representation shall be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of one week. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the petitioner as well as the statement of learned counsel for respondent No. 2, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms thereof.
