JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is serving as a revenue Patwari in Amritsar Circle of the Revenue Department. He has impugned his transfer from Kot Khalsa, Amristar to Gumtala Sub-Urban, Amritsar, vide order dated 27.11.2018 (Annexure P1).

Counsel for the petitioner states that his client has been transferred within a period of 3 months and thrice within last period of 11⁄2 years.

After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court, counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the instant writ petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
