Vide order dated 16.11.2013, one last opportunity was granted to the petitioner to address arguments failing which, the petition was supposed to proceed in accordance with law.

Copy was also sent to the petitioner in person, however, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

It apparently seems that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition if any cause of action survives.
