NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Mr. Anil Rathee, learned counsel for the appellants has pointed out that due to bona fide mistake the claimant/appellants had instructed two different lawyers for filing the appeal. He further pointed out that another appeal, bearing FAO No. 435 of 2015 was filed by Mr. Ashit Malik, Advocate, on behalf of the present appellants, and as such, he prays for withdrawal of the present appeal.

The request appears to be genuine. Therefore, the appellants are permitted to withdraw the present appeal. Dismissed as withdrawn.
