SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.145 dated 14.08.2024 under Sections 115,333 and 351(2) of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding sections 323,452 and 506 IPC) registered at P.S Nangal Chaudhri, District Mohindergarh and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
