**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The petitioner herein is aggrieved against the seniority list prepared which is Annexure P-4.
It is contended that the persons junior to the petitioner in service have been shown senior and on the basis of the said seniority list promotions have been given to them. The petitioner had already represented to the department by way of representation dated 23.02.2015 ( Annexure P6), however, the same is yet pending consideration and no decision has been taken thereon. At the present moment, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits his prayer to an early consideration of the representation that was filed in the year 2015. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the instant writ petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation within a period of one week from today along with certified copy of this order, which representation should be disposed by the Satyawan 2017.03.20 10:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
