Learned State counsel has filed short reply by way of affidavit of Harsimran Singh Bal, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, City-2, SAS Nagar in Court today. The same be kept on record. Copy thereof has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner. Para 5 of the said reply reads as under:

5. That it iis respectfully submitted here that the Final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been presented before the ld. Court of competent jurisdiction on 9.10.2023. The ld. Trial Court has framed the charges on 5.4.2024. In the present case, there is total 12 prosecution witnesses, out of which 4 prosecution witnesses have been examined. Now, the case is fixed for 18.11.2024 for further prosecution evidence.' 2.

Having perused the above said reply and faced with the situation that the challan already stands presented before the concerned Court and even charges have been framed on 5.4.2024, learned counsel Ashwani Kumar 2024.11.06 17:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
