Today, counsel for the parties also admit about the amicable settlement reached between the parties, with the intervention of the Mediator and also about the written compromise, having recorded by way of settlement/agreement, under the signature of the parties concerned. In view of the compromise, so reached, counsel for the appellant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present Regular Second Appeal and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
