The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the letters dated 11.01.2024, 05.02.2024 and 08.02.2024 (Annexures P-11, P-12 and P-13 respectively), issued by respondent No.3 and also enquiry report (Annexure P-15), letter dated 26.04.2022 (Annexure P-16) and letter dated 27.04.2024 (Annexure P-17). 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy before the State Government in terms of Section 53 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
