The State counsel submitted that representation, if any, moved by the petitioner regarding the subject matter will be disposed of by the concerned authorities in a time bound manner in accordance with law. In the light of the above, the present petition is hereby disposed of, without commenting on the merits of the case and direction is given to respondent No.3 to consider and decide representation (Annexure P-6) dated 28.10.2021 of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
