The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of communication dated 28.11.2015 (Annexure P-4) whereby dealership of the petitioner has been terminated.

Mr. Ashish Kapoor, Advocate, at the outset, submits that the site in question alongwith equipments have already been allocated to another regular dealer, thus, claim of the petitioner is not sustainable. 3.

The petitioner has no right for the allotment of any other location. The petition stands disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach respondents to consider him for allotment of another site as per applicable policy.
