(ORAL) This writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of 2nd proviso to Section 18 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 for being unreasonable, unjust, ambiguous, against the principles of natural justice and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India. 2.

After arguing for some time, when the Bench was not agreeing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition.
