**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 528 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for issuance of a direction to respondents No.2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner and to initiate proceedings against the private respondent as the congnizable offence has been reported by the way of the written representation dated 09.05.2024 (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to look into the representation dated 09.05.2024 (Annexure P-3), within a time bound manner.

CRM-M-38453-2024 In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur Rural to look into the representation (Annexure P-3) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks.
