(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.3-Director General Health Services, Sector-6, Panchkula to consider the representation dated 23.07.2019 (Annexure P-7) within a stipulated period in terms of order dated 15.03.2019 (Annexure P5). Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct Director General Health Services, Sector-6, Panchkula to consider the representation dated 23.07.2019 (Annexure P-7) in terms of order dated 15.03.2019 (Annexure P-5). within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.

3 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioners. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner from running pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
