Through the instant writ petition, prayer is made for issuance of directions upon the respondents to conclude the inquiry in respect of complaint dated 12.02.2024 (Annexure P-2).

Today, the learned State counsel, on instructions imparted to him by the quarter concerned, informed this Court that, the inquiry launched in respect of the complaint (supra) has already been concluded and now it is pending before the A.C.S, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department.

In view of the above, since the inquiry has already been concluded, hence the prayer made in the instant writ petition has become infructuous and no direction is required to be passed. However, the respondent(s)-State is directed to, within 15 days from today, supply a copy of the inquiry report to the petitioner. Moreover, in case, the DEVINDER YADAV 2025.04.03 17:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-19244-2024 petitioner fetches any grievance from the inquiry report, she is at liberty to approach the A.C.S., Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, by filing objections.
