This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer for issuing directions to the official respondents to conduct the further fair investigation by not below the rank of Superintendent of Police in case FIR No.0158 dated 13.06.2022 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 148, 149, 341, 302 IPC, registered at Police Station Guhla, District Kaithal as the police of concerned Police Station is under the influence of accused party.

petitioners requesting to constitute a Special Investigation Team (SIT) for fair investigation by not below the rank of Superintendent of Police in case FIR No.0158 dated 13.06.2022, under Sections 148, 149, 341, 302 IPC, registered at Police Station Guhla, District Kaithal as the police of concerned Police Station is under the influence of accused party or further investigation may be got conducted through any independent investigating agency viz. Crime Branch or Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Accordingly, without commenting upon the merits of the claim of the petitioners and even the assertions set out in the petition, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.

3 that if any such representation, as indicated above, is indeed pending consideration, it shall be dealt with expeditiously, in accordance with law by passing a speaking order, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and conveying the same to the petitioners.
