Mr. Kashav Chadha, Advocate for Mr. Ankur Bansal, Advocate for respondent Nos.2 and 3. *** RITU BAHRI, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The appeal is being filed against judgment dated 13.07.2023 passed by the Learned Single Bench in CWP No.13808 of 2023, vide which the said petition was dismissed with costs of Rs.1000/- against each of the petitioner/appellant. The appellants have challenged the notice issued to them on 18.05.2023 (Annexure P6) by the Society managing the college with respect to reduction of salary to 50% paid in the month of February 2023.

Learned Senior counsel for the appellants states that the salary had not been paid to the appellants for the last more than 13 months. He further submits that 50% of the salary which has not been paid by respondent Nos.2 and 3 can be claimed by the appellants by approaching the Educational Tribunal. Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 are not opposing this prayer. Accordingly, the order dated 13.07.2023 is hereby recalled including the costs imposed and this LPA is being disposed of with liberty to the appellants to ASHOK KUMAR 2023.12.16 16:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
