RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the respondent/authorities to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in Complaint, dated 16.07.2024 with diary No.640, Annexure P-8, by directing the official respondents to take timely, prompt and appropriate legal action on the same which was submitted by the present petitioner within two weeks.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to him in accordance with law. Allowed as prayed for.
