Learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have compromised the matter and in pursuance thereof, a cheque of Rs.10,00,000/- as full and final settlement of the appellants' claims has been prepared, which would be deposited by respondent no. 3 before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nuh for its onward disbursement to the claimants in terms of the Award.
In view of the above, the dispute between the parties having been amicably resolved, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.
The deposit of cheque of Rs.10,00,000/- be made within one week from today.
