Petitioner was appointed as Math Master in SC Category on regular basis in Education Department(Secondary Education)Punjab beyond the number of advertised posts and therefore treated on adhoc basis for the said period before regularisation of his service on the respective post. The claim, therefore, in this petition is for counting of his previous adhoc service towards benefits including seniority etc. Notice of motion was issued.
At the time of hearing today, it is a conceded case of the parties that the issue regarding admissibility of benefit of the said adhoc service has been finally settled by the LPA Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.10.2016(P-5) whereby the benefit of counting of said adhoc service has been restricted towards qualifying service for Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.03.29 16:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP 5495/2017 grant of pensionary benefits only. Therefore, the present petition is disposed of in the same terms as LPA 589/2015 decided on 27.10.2016 (P-5).
