**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 557 dated 29.9.2015 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 506 IPC and Section 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Central Faridabad, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner has not been named in the FIR and there are no specific allegations against him. He further submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 2.6.2019 and he is in custody in some other cases also.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Sub Inspector Vijender Kumar, submits that there are as many as 25 cases pending against the petitioner and he is in custody in other cases also. The petitioner is in custody since 2.6.2019. The trial will take time to conclude.
