General, Punjab appears on behalf of the respondents-State, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having already been supplied to him, and submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioners before respondent No.3, then the same shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks.

the Executive Engineer/Devigarh Patiala, Canal and Ground Water Division, Water Resources Department, Punjab (respondent No.3 herein), for redressal of their grievances, within a period of two weeks from today; which shall be decided by respondent No.3 by way of passing a speaking order within a period of next four weeks, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties.

It is made clear that in case, petitioners fail to file the said representation within the stipulated period of two weeks from today then this order shall have no effect.
