RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of complaint under Sections 138/142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (as amended) Annexure P-1 alongwith summoning order, dated 02.05.2023, Annexure P-2 and proclamation order, dated 14.06.2024, Annexure P-3, including all consequential proceedings arising out of said complaint and order. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Allowed as prayed for.
