At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh, if so advised. 2.

At this stage, respondent No.2 has put in appearance and wishes to raise the issues with regard to the signatures of the petitioner on some affidavits appended with the petition.
