Petitioner was seeking a writ of mandamus for his appointment as Staff Nurse in the General Category in view of his selection pursuant to advertisement dated 25.7.2016.

At the time of hearing,counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition has become infructuous as petitioner has been appointed as Staff Nurse vide order dated 18.12.2018, a copy of which has been produced in Court.
