Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that the petitioner has been blessed with a baby, however, apprehends that the respondents might cause danger to her life and liberty. 2.

However, learned State counsel relying upon the status report filed by way of affidavit of Sh. Harinder Singh Maan, DSP, (City-1), District SAS Nagar and submits that there has been no complaint after the filing of the present petition and rather the parties are in dispute with each other regarding a staircase, which is a civil matter. He further submits that to save the breach of peace by the parties the proceedings under Section 107 and 151 IPC were initiated on 28.02.2023 against the respondents and thereafter, there has been no complaint of any manner qua any such apprehension.

In light of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Authorities, in case, still any threat perception sustains with some cogent and credible proof.
