The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents to stop the repeated enquiries in case FIR No.143, dated 22.07.2023, registered under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 IPC, at Police Station City-1 Abohar, District Fazilka 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
