(ORAL) Petition herein is under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned transfer order dated 17.08.2020 (Annexure P-4) qua the petitioner passed by respondent No.3 vide which the petitioner has been transferred. Sameis alleged to be contrary to the Transfer Policy dated 13.02.2020. 2.
Learned State counsel on advance service of copy of petition appears and apprises this Court that in terms of online transfer Policy, the State Government has already constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee and petitioner ought to have first approached the said Committee. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted a representation before the said Committee but the same has not been adverted by the said Committee. Hence, the instant petition. 4.
In the premise, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted by State Government to look into the grievance of the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law. SONU 2020.12.16 16:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

It would be appreciated that if the Grievance Redressal Committee shall also go through the averments of the petition by treating the same as supplementary representation of the petitioner. 6.
