CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMAN CHAUDHARY Present:- Mr.P.S.Poonia, Advocate for the petitioners Ms.Vibha Tewari, AAG, Haryana.

***** AMAN CHAUDHARY, J. (Oral) 1.

The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel would submit that the petitioners have been working as part time workers, engaged between the years 1989 to 1994 on Class IV posts, the details of which have been given in Para 2 of the writ petition, but despite having rendered service of about three decades, their services have not been regularised. The claim stands otherwise covered by CWP-11368-2012 decided on 22.04.2014, against which LPA filed by HVPNL was dismissed on 17.07.2014 and so was the SLP-C No.031306 of 2014, on 07.01.2015. Learned counsel, on instructions, states that the respondents be directed to consider the claim as per the above, in a time bound manner.

3.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4.

In view of the aforesaid and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondents to Raman Kumar 2024.07.31 14:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-30898-2018(O&M) consider and decide the case of the petitioners by taking note of the judgment referred to, within a period of 04 months, in accordance with law, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioners shall be free to seek legal redress.
