***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the pleas as have been raised herein before the Trial Court at appropriate stage. Since the FIR was lodged wayback in the year 2019 and charges were framed in the year 2021, the Trial Court is directed to take necessary steps for expediting the conclusion of trial, which be concluded preferably within a period of 1 year from today.

Since it has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioners that the complainant, who is manager of the bank, has since retired and is not appearing despite having been served thrice, the prosecution to ensure the presence of the PWs on the dates as may be fixed by the Trial Court, so that there is no further delay in conclusion of trial. CRM-M-38765-2024 (O&M) ( 2 ) has also been informed that all the outstanding dues have already been cleared and paid by the petitioners and No Objection Certificate (NOC) has also been issued to the petitioners.
