The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNS, 2023 seeking directions to official respondents to investigate the matter in a fair and proper manner in case FIR No.07 dated 18.09.2024 under Section 420 of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Economic Offences Wing, District Ludhiana and to submit final report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. (Section 193 of BNSS). 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he would be satisfied in case directions are issued to the official respondents to decide his representation dated 25.04.2025 (Annexure P-6) in a time bound manner. 3.
