AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The civil miscellaneous application bearing No.6825 of 2019 has been filed under Section 151 CPC for disposal of writ petition in terms of judgment dated 07.03.2019 passed in CWP No.12878 of 2013 (Annexure A-1) involving identical relief.

The petitioner has claimed the following relief:- "Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari be issued to quash the action of the respondents not to consider the claim of husband of the petitioner for regularization from the dates his junior has been regularized and further direction be issued to the respondents to consider the claim of the husband of petitioner for regularization from the dates his SAVITA KADIAN 2019.08.14 15:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh

C.M.No.6825 of 2019 in/and {2} CWP No.5533 of 2017 junior has been regularized and the petitioner be granted all consequential benefits.

AND/OR Any other writ, order or direction for which petitioner is found entitled may also be granted, in the interest of justice." On going through the judgment attached with the application, I am of the view that matter is squarely covered by judgment dated 07.03.2019 passed in CWP No.12878 of 2013 titled as Subhash Chander and others Vs. Haryana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation Limited and another.

For the reasons stated in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit, prayer made in the application is accepted and writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 07.03.2019 passed in CWP No.12878 of 2013.
