(Oral) The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of direction to the Executing Court, Gurdaspur, to decide the application i.e. EXE-105-2023 titled "Ravinder Kaur and another v/s Amarjit Ram and others", in a time bound manner.

On inquiry by the court, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the said execution application was instituted on 30.11.2023 and warrant of attachment has since been duly effected. In the given circumstances, no such time bound direction can be given to the Executing Court. Hence, the instant revision petition is hereby dismissed.
