**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) In the present case, the petitioners have approached this Court claiming the benefit of revision of pay-scale, which has already been allowed to the similarly situated persons in view of the orders passed by this Court in CWP No.22834 of 2013 and CWP No.26508 of 2013, decided on 22.03.2018.
Counsel for the petitioners contends that the said judgment is being implemented only qua the petitioners in the said writ petitions and the relief is not being granted to the present petitioners on the ground that they were not the petitioners and the judgment is to be implemented only qua the petitioners therein.
In fact, on being pointed out, that before approaching this Court, the petitioners have not made a representation in respect of their NARESH KUMAR 2018.12.10 17:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
CWP-30916-2018 -2claim to the respondents, counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will make a representation qua the claim on relying upon the decision of the writ petitions mentioned above within a period of six weeks from today.
In case any representation is filed by the petitioners within the aforesaid period, the respondents shall decide the same by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the representation. In case after the decision, it is found that the petitioners are entitled for any relief, the same should also be released in their favour within a period of next three months. However, it is made clear that this Court does not expresses any opinion on the merits of the case and the claim being made in the present writ petition or the representation to be filed by the petitioner before the respondents. In view of the above, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
