(Oral) Grievance of the petitioners is that they have been reverted from the post of Lecturer in Chemistry to Science Mistresses without affording any opportunity of hearing or assigning any reason. In view of this contention, present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that the matter shall be considered by the concerned authority at the earliest, in any case, not later than two months and a speaking order shall be passed after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

Till then petitioners would not be reverted to the post of Science Mistresses.
