After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as even the impugned award dated 24.02.2025 (Annexure P-6) is not being implemented qua reinstatement of the petitioner, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy before appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
