RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ, order or direction directing respondents No.1 to 8 to order the probe into the illegal, manipulated, forged and fabricated sale certificate dated 23.04.2010, Annexure P6, and quash the same.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievances, the petitioner has already approached the authorities but his grievances are not redressed till date. He has submitted that he had also filed complaint/representation, dated 21.10.2020 before respondent No.1/Union of India and other respondents, however, no action has been taken on the same till date.

CWP-21583-2020 -2submitted that as per instructions, the complaint/representation alleged by counsel for the petitioner is not received by the answering respondent, however, if the petitioner files a fresh representation, the same would be decided within four weeks in accordance with law. After hearing counsel for the parties and perusing the file, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondents No.1 and 2 separately within ten days from today and if any such representation is filed, respondents No.1 and 2 would decide the same in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of its receipt, as submitted before this Court.
