*** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (ORAL) The grievance being raised by the petitioner is that answer to question No. 37 in Set-B as given in the answer key is not correct, as correct answer according to the petitioner is "Rohtak", which was option No. D. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the said objection was already referred to by the Commission to the subject expert and report has already been recevied though the same is in sealed cover. The sealed cover was produced before this Court today and the Court has returned the report of the subject expert to learned state counsel after having perused the same. Let the respondent Commission act upon the said recommendation and take appropriate action whatever is needed for. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the direction given by this Court to the Commission to take appropriate action in terms of the recommendations of the subject expert, the present petition may kindly be disposed of as having been not pressed. Ordered accordingly.

CWP No. 30945 of 2018 (O&M) As the selection pertains to the year 2018, it would be appropriate if a decision is taken by the Commission within a period of four weeks from the receipt of copy of this order.
