        inter alia, is praying for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.4/Nagar Panchayat, Cheema to deposit the Provident Fund contributions which has been deducted from the salary of the petitioner every month but the same was not deposited in the pension contribution accounts of petitioner since 01.04.2018 along with interest. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied, if at this stage, direction is given to respondent No.4 to decide the legal notice dated 12.03.2025 (Annexure P-6) served by the petitioner in a time-bound manner.
