(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside impugned order dated 27.05.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by the learned Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars and after attaching the correct translations of the documents sought to be relied upon by the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
