(Oral) Petitioners are seeking issuance of direction to the respondents not to replace with similar situated employees till regular appointments. On notice, a written statement has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 5 taking a stand that petitioners are not employees of respondent-department. They were outsourced through agencies i.e Sidhi Vinayaka Enterprises Pvt. Ltd agency and Baba Haridass Enterprises Pvt Ltd Agency. On notice of the petition, Sidhi Vinayaka Enterprises Pvt. Ltd agency informed the office of respondent-department vide letter dated 21.04.2019 (R-4) that petitioners worked upto 30.11.2017. Further Baba Haridass Enterprises Pvt Ltd Agency informed vide letter dated 22.04.

2019 (R-5) that all the petitioners left the job in the month of March, 2018 without any information and the payment has been made to them up to March, 2018. Now the whereabouts of the petitioners are not known to both the agencies. In view of the written statement, at this stage, no further are required to be passed in the present petition.
