(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing of order dated 27.05.2022 (Annexure P-5) whereby non-bailable warrants have been issued against the petitioner in case FIR No.07 dated 29.01.2019 registered under Sections 21, 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Kahnuan, District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court and move application for bail.
