(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that no compromise has taken place between the petitioners and respondent No.2-complainant. Moreover, there are total seven accused in the FIR whereas present petition has been filed by only two accused. Therefore, this petition is not maintainable.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that she may be allowed to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
