Notice of motion was issued on 02.09.2019. The writ petition so far as it relates to quashing of orders dated 19.07.2019 and 24.07.2019 is concerned, the same stands dismissed. CM No. 16128-CWP of 2021 in/and -2CWP No. 23886 of 2019 Central Jail, Ambala is concerned, the Court took note of incident dated 11.07.2019 occurred in the jail premises in which certain inmates including sons of the petitioners were allegedly stripped naked and beaten up. Notice of motion was issued. Today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of reply filed by the State, the petitioners are satisfied and do not wish to pursue this writ petition anymore. Notice of this application.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Ashish Yadav, Addl. A.G., Haryana accept notice on behalf of State of Haryana and has no objection to the aforesaid course.

In view of above, the date of hearing is preponed and the main case is taken up today.

Main case Dismissed as withdrawn.
