ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) The petitioner had assailed the order of his transfer, dated 10.03.2017 (Annexure P-1). And, pursuant to an interim order, dated 17.03.2017, the order of his transfer had since been stayed. Learned State counsel submits that as in the interregnum, the petitioner stands retired, nothing substantive survives in this petition, and the same be disposed of as such.
Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. In the event, any cause of action or interest still survives, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move an appropriate application for restoration of this petition and its decision on merits.
