This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for giving directions to respondents no.1 to 5 for conducting fair and impartial investigation in the FIR No.64 dated 08.05.2022, under Sections 341, 323, 324, 452, 506, 447, 511, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Ahmedgarh, District Malerkotla.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to avail alternative remedies available to the petitioner, as admissible under the law.
