Petitioner has impugned his transfer from Bhunerheri District Patiala to Training Branch, Mohali. Admittedly, petitioner has been working in District Mohali for about two months. Transfer is an exigency of service. Petitioner is due to superannuate on 31.08.2019. There is, thus, no ground to interfere in writ jurisdiction. Dismissed.
