PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Challenge has been laid to the order dated 9th of August, 2022 passed by the Ld. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tarn Taran whereby the petitioner has been declared as Proclaimed Offender. At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the Trial Court. May do so on or before 19th of November, 2022. On his doing so, the Trial Court may consider his application seeking bail within three days.
