(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 03.12.2024 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Superintending Canal Officer, Ferozepur Canal Division, Ferozepur. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars and after attaching the report of the concerned Ziledar and/or any other document in support of the assertions made in the present petition.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
