Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. 4.
In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution. 5.
Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. However, liberty is granted to the legal representative(s) of the appellant to move an appropriate application for revival of the present appeal, if any cause of action survives.
